With 23 years of Department of Defense experience, we bring a deep understanding of how federal agencies evaluate, award, and manage contracts. Our background includes serving as a Contracting Officer Representative and DoD Program Manager, roles that required oversight of complex programs, contractor performance, and mission-critical acquisition decisions.
We are PMP certified and have written Performance Work Statements, conducted market research, and developed Independent Government Cost Estimates. We have managed contract modifications, guided acquisition strategies, and ensured contractor compliance throughout the entire lifecycle of a program.
Most importantly, we have sat on federal source selection and evaluation boards. We have reviewed proposals, scored them, and determined which companies were awarded contracts. This firsthand evaluator experience allows us to show clients exactly what their proposals are missing and how to present their capabilities in a way that resonates with government decision makers.
