Evaluator Edge Call (30 min)

A 30-minute call where we review your proposal the way a Source Selection Board will, subfactor by subfactor, so you know exactly where you stand before you submit.

Federal Proposal Consulting
Every requirement in Section M has a standard. We review your proposal against that standard, before the board does. Most proposals don’t lose on capability; they lose because the written record doesn’t satisfy the criteria the evaluators are evaluating against.
FixYourBid works with teams that are serious about winning, not just submitting.
You own the written record. The rating lives or dies with you.
Your Red Team tells you the proposal reads well. That is not the same as telling you it will be evaluated well. We review every Section M subfactor against your narrative and flag exactly where an evaluator would hesitate, deduct, or document a weakness. You get an evaluated assessment you can brief to leadership before the deadline.
You built the win strategy. The proposal has to prove it.
You spent months shaping the solution, positioning the team, and building the discriminators. A Section M review confirms whether the proposal actually reflects that strategy in language an evaluator can evaluate. If the written record does not support the rating your capture work deserves, you find out before submission, not after.
You own the relationship. The proposal has to close it.
You positioned the company, built the agency relationship, and set the conditions to win. The last variable is whether the proposal can convert that work into a rating the board can defend. A Section M evaluation tells you whether it can, before the source selection board makes that determination for you.
You own the section. The subfactor evaluation is yours to earn.
You wrote the technical approach, the management plan, or the past performance volume. A Section M review tells you whether what you wrote actually satisfies each subfactor the evaluator will evaluate. You find out what is missing, what is unverifiable, and what probing questions you need to answer before it goes to the Proposal Manager for final review.
Compliant on paper, unevaluable in practice. The evaluator can't map your narrative to a Section M subfactor.
Capability described instead of demonstrated against a stated standard, so nothing rises above "acceptable."
Risk left unaddressed, which the board reads as risk transferred to the government.
Every Section M subfactor mapped to language an evaluator can point to during consensus.
Past performance and approach rewritten to earn strengths, not just avoid weaknesses.
Risk, refresh, and transition addressed against the Section M standard, before the board has to ask.
“Mike has a knack for working under pressure to deliver results on time and within budget. He is adept at risk management, issue resolution, and issue management. He has been a valuable asset to my team and a proactive and effective project manager. He's a great resource!!”
