FixYourBid is built specifically for federal contractors handling procurement sensitive information. Every security decision reflects that.
- FixYourTeam: Complete company isolation
- Your solicitations, documents, and reviews are isolated to your organization at the database level. Row Level Security is enforced on every table. It is structurally impossible for another company's data to appear in your workspace, even if they are bidding on the same solicitation number.
- FixYourTeam Proprietary Framework and Zero Data Retention
- FixYourTeam has built a proprietary evaluation framework based on real source selection board standards. When you run a review, the AI applies that framework to your specific Section M criteria and your specific proposal text. This is not generic AI writing feedback. It is a structured evaluation that mirrors how a government evaluation board reads and evaluates a proposal. Your content is processed under Anthropic's Zero Data Retention policy. Neither Anthropic nor FixYourTeam retains your proposal text.
- FixYourTeam: Secure document handling
- Uploaded PDFs are stored in a private bucket and never publicly accessible. No signed URLs are ever issued. Documents stream through authenticated server routes with cache control set to private. Only members of your organization can access your documents.
- FixYourTeam: You control your data
- Reviews are automatically purged after 90 days by default. You can adjust this to 30 days, 1 year, or indefinite in your settings. Review analyses and debrief findings are automatically purged on your chosen schedule. You can delete individual reviews, entire solicitations, or your full account and all associated data at any time. Account deletion removes all documents, reviews, and login credentials for every team member.
- FixYourTeam: Platform security
- All data is encrypted in transit via TLS and encrypted at rest through our enterprise cloud hosting and database platforms. Sessions are validated server-side on every request. Authentication is handled through our enterprise authentication system.
- FedRAMP and federal contractors
- FedRAMP authorization is required for federal agencies adopting cloud services, not for federal contractors using tools to prepare their proposals. FixYourBid serves contractors preparing proposals. FedRAMP 20x authorization is on our roadmap as we expand to support agency-side procurement teams.
